Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise displayed.
We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices without notice.
Product images are for illustration. Minor variations in colour or the natural grain of wood are normal and not a defect.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full card details.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

Digital Products

Some products are downloadable digital guides. Once purchased and downloaded, digital products are non-refundable except as required by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them and may not resell or redistribute them.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the Uprite name — is our property or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our products are everyday mobility and dressing aids. They are not medical devices and do not replace professional medical advice.
