Where We Ship

Uprite ships Australia-wide and worldwide.

Shipping Rates (AUD)

Australia: $15 flat rate — FREE on orders over $100.
International (rest of world): $20 flat rate — FREE on orders over $100.

Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery Estimates

Australia: approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch.
International: approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary with courier and customs workloads, especially during peak periods.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 or more business days, email hello@tryuprite.com and we'll chase it for you.

Customs & Import Duties (International)

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (re-shipping costs may apply).
